We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operation Manager to join our team at CNG Enterprises. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing our supply chain, production, marketing, sales, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations (30% of the time)

- Oversee production and assembly of lab equipment (30% of the time)

- Direct marketing and sales operations (30% of the time)

- Handle financial management and budgeting (10% of the time)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required

- Master's degree preferred

- Strong background in business administration, marketing, finance, and management

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the lab equipment industry

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills​

- Data analytical skills preferred

- Strong leadership and communication abilities
